Mexican Rice
3 T olive oil
1 c rice
1 t garlic salt
½ t cumin
¼ c onion
½ c tomato sauce
2 c chicken broth
¾ t taco seasoning
Sauté onions in oil until tender. Cook rice in oil mixture until transparent. Add other ingredients and bring to boil for 20-25 minutes. You may need to add additional broth to keep from being too dry at the end. Serves 4-6.
