Sweet Potato Fries with Lime Dip
Frozen Sweet Potato Fries (I used the crinkle cut) Bake until crispy Sour Cream Dipping Sauce: ¾ cup sour cream 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice 1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro or parsley ¼ teaspoon minced garlic ¼ teaspoon ground cumin ¼ teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon lime zest Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well to mix through.
