Tomato Swiss Tartlets


This is good for an appetizer or for a brunch.

1 can Pillsbury Grands biscuits
2 C. grated Swiss cheese
1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained
½ C. Hormel bacon bits
2 T. dried basil
1 T. finely chopped green peppers
½ tsp. celery salt
1 C. mayonnaise

Tear apart biscuits into 5 or 6 pieces per biscuit.  Spray mini muffin pans with cooking spray; place pieces into mini-muffin pans. (I press the dough down with my finger to make an indentation.)  Mix remaining ingredients and spoon mixture into the middle of each muffin cup.  Bake at 375 degrees until done about 8 to 10 minutes
