Ham and Hash Brown Brunch Casserole

1 lb ground ham
16 oz hashed browns
Chopped green onions to taste
1 c cheese (you can use any kind and can even mix Mexican cheese and Mozzarella or whatever you have)
4 large eggs
½ c milk
1 t salt
½ t pepper

Spray a 9x13” pan with cooking spray. Cook hashed browns according to package directions (I use the cooking spray method). Sprinkle hashed browns into cooking dish. Sprinkle ham on top of hashed browns. Put chopped onions and cheese on top of ham. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper well, then pour on top of mixture. Refrigerate over night. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes or until set.
