Pimento Cheese Spread

Pimento Cheese
My cousin Jimmy Arnold posted a comment on Facebook a couple of weeks ago saying that this recipe for Pimento Cheese which was originally printed in the Delta Magazine was the best. I tried it for our church tea and think he is probably right.  

2 c white cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c Hellman’s Mayonnaise (do not substitute unless all you can find is Best Made)
½ c shredded Parmesan cheese
6 oz roasted red peppers, diced
¼ c chopped pecans
¼ c chopped green onions
¼ t Tabasco
¼ t Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning
¼ t Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients together. Use as a spread or for sandwiches.
