Ginny's Easy Brownies
1 Betty Crocker Super Moist German Chocolate Cake Mix 1/2 c oil 2 eggs 1 t vanilla 1 c chocolate chips Mix cake mix, oil, eggs and vanilla in large bowl with mixer. Add chocolate chips and mix. Pat into a 9x13" glass baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 14 minutes. Note--I have substituted unsweetened applesauce for the oil and it worked perfectly. I have also substituted butterscotch chips for the chocolate and they were yummy too! www.hearthope.org
